For those who want a consistent workspace our Monthly Membership is priced:1-Month Commitment: $600 / month (maximum flexibility)6-Month Commitment: $540 / month (Save 10% | Total contract value: $3,240 | Security deposit: $648)12-Month Commitment: $480 / month (Save 20% | Total contract value: $5,760 | Security deposit: $1,152)— you can cancel or pause your membership anytime with 30 days notice.

No security deposit is required for our Day Pass plans. You simply choose your plan and start workingFor our discounted 6-month and 12-month commitment plans, a 20% security deposit based on the total contract value is required upon onboarding:6-month plan: $648 security deposit12-month plan: $1,152 security deposit This deposit is fully refundable at the end of your contract term, subject to contract fulfillment.
